• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message when you use our contact form or contact us directly. Website enquiries are sent to the hotel by email.
• Reservations: stay dates, room preferences, guest details, contact details and booking references provided in connection with a booking. Our website directs you to Purplekeys to complete online reservations.
• Guest services: information you choose to share about your stay or requests. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal details in free-text messages.

If you provide information about another guest, please ensure you have authority to share it and let them know about this policy. Do not send card numbers, CVVs, passwords or copies of identity documents through our website enquiry form or ordinary email.

2. Technical information

Payment details entered on a booking or payment provider's page are processed through that service. Srivar Hotels may receive reservation details and payment status needed to manage your stay. This policy describes our handling of information; third-party services also have their own privacy practices.
